Brave Refund Policy

At Brave, we are committed to delivering a high-quality product that supports Sexual Assault Awareness. We appreciate your support and want to ensure that you are fully informed before placing your pre-order. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Pre-Orders & Refunds

  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is currently in development. Your payment will help support the final stages of production.

  • We anticipate launching and shipping pre-ordered products by October 22nd, 2025. However, this timeline is an estimate and may be subject to change as we finalize production.

  • If we experience significant delays beyond this timeframe, we will notify you and give you the option to either continue waiting or cancel for a full refund.

  • If no specific shipping date is provided or if we cannot meet the estimated date, the FTC requires that we offer a full refund if we cannot ship within 30 days from the expected shipping date.

Non-Tech Matching Bonus Bracelet(s)

  • The non-tech matching bonus bracelet(s) will begin shipping in late April in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. These items are separate from the main pre-ordered product and will ship independently.

  • Refunds for these items will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the item is damaged, defective, or does not meet the expectations outlined in the product description.

General Refunds & Cancellations

  • Pre-orders are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days after purchase. After that period, cancellations may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10%.

  • After the October 22nd, 2025 shipping date, all sales are final, unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Payment Processing & Chargebacks

  • Please note that pre-orders must comply with your payment processor’s rules. For example, credit card companies may require delivery within 30-60 days unless otherwise disclosed. If your payment processor has such requirements, please contact us before placing your order to ensure compliance.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation and potential account restrictions.
